Thank you for shopping at ThikShop (thik.shop). Because all of our products are custom-printed on demand, please review our production and shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing & Production Time
- Fulfillment Time: All apparel and merchandise are printed on demand. Standard production takes 2 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday) before shipment.
- Peak Seasons: During major US holidays or promotional sales (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Father’s Day), production may take up to 5-7 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (US & International)
- Standard US Shipping: 3 – 7 business days via USPS, UPS, or DHL eCommerce.
- International Shipping: 7 – 15 business days depending on destination customs clearance.
- Free Shipping: Applicable on qualified order thresholds as promoted on thik.shop.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package has been printed, packaged, and handed over to the courier, an automated email containing your Tracking Number will be sent to the email address on file. Please allow 24-48 hours for carrier tracking updates to appear.
4. Customs Fees & Import Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments outside the United States, items may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
- Please double-check your shipping address prior to checkout. ThikShop is not responsible for packages returned or lost due to invalid or incomplete shipping addresses.
- If you need to make changes, please contact support@thikshop.com immediately within 12 hours of order placement.
