ThikShop provides high-quality print-on-demand custom apparel and goods. Products offered on thik.shop are custom manufactured upon successful placement of an order. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product line without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on thik.shop are in US Dollars ($ USD) unless specified otherwise.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and secure online payment gateways.
  • Full payment is required at checkout before orders are submitted to manufacturing.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, custom shirt designs, logos, artwork, text, and software on thik.shop are owned by or licensed to ThikShop and are protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

4. User Conduct & Content Rules

When submitting custom artwork or text for customized orders, you warrant that you own the intellectual property rights or have proper authorization to use the assets. ThikShop reserves the right to reject orders containing offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.

5. Limitation of Liability

ThikShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site or products purchased through thik.shop.
